This is a full-time, on-site role located in Naperville and Glen Ellyn, IL, for a Guest Services Specialist. Responsibilities include warmly greeting clients, scheduling appointments, managing the front desk, handling client inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The specialist will also process transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the team in delivering a smooth, high-quality spa experience for clients.

• Proficiency in Guest Services and Customer Service to address client needs and ensure a positive experience
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
• Experience with Cash Handling and the ability to manage transactions and maintain accurate records
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage schedules and support spa operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a welcoming attitude
• Experience in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry is a plus
