Position: $20/hr - Dealer Group Buying Center Agent (Call Center)

About Us

Advantage Dealerships is a growing automotive group dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint. Our Buying Center plays a key role in connecting potential sellers and customers with our dealerships. We are expanding our team and seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join us as Buying Center Agents.

Position Summary

The Buying Center Agent is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with customers who are interested in selling or trading their vehicle, and scheduling appointments at the nearest Advantage Dealership
. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage leads effectively to drive appointment conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound phone calls to customers who have expressed interest in selling or trading their vehicle.
  • Handle inbound leads promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule appointments at the nearest Advantage Dealership based on the customer’s location.
  • Follow up with leads through phone, text, and email as needed.
  • Document all customer interactions, updates, and appointment details in the CRM system.
  • Maintain high-quality call standards and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Work closely with dealership teams to ensure accurate appointment coordination.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals for calls, appointments, and lead handling.
Qualifications
  • Previous call center, customer service, or automotive experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone presence.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage a high volume of leads.
  • Comfort using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  • Goal-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
