Toyota of Naperville is seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Greeter/Customer Care Coordinator. This is a full-time, hourly Service job in the auto industry where you will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide exceptional customer service. As an individual contributor, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our customers.

You will need to have open availability Monday-Friday from 11am - 8 pm and Saturday from 9am-6pm.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet all guests promptly and professionally as they enter the service lanes.
  • Provide a warm and friendly first impression to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Tag and bag the interior of vehicles (seat covers, floor mats, steering wheel covers, etc.) to protect customer property.
  • Inform guests that a Service Advsior will be with them shortly and offer assistance as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of service lane traffic flow to ensure guests are acknowledged in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive area.
  • Assist with directing vehicles safely into and out of the service lanes when needed.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Support overall customer satisfaction by delivering attentive and courteous service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work in a team as well as independently
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
