Job Description
If you are looking for a new job opportunity, Adecco has a need for Customer Service Center Agents in Moline, IL. These are long term temporary-to-hire opportunities. As Call Center Associate you could be fielding service/trouble calls.
Responsibilities for Customer Service Agent:
- Receive Incoming Calls
- Identify customer in database, then identify service technician
- Dispatch call
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year call center or related experience
- Ability to work Weekends and Holidays
- Ability to work in the office
These are long term temp to hire opportunities. Starting pay is $17 /$18 if bilingual. Adecco provides one of the most comprehensive benefits package in the industry to contract workers. Benefits are available to you as a contractor after one week of employment.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
