Customer Service & Account Manager

A growing wholesale manufacturer and distributor of kitchen cabinetry is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Customer Service & Account Manager to join the team.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys building strong customer relationships. This role is responsible for supporting existing customers, developing new business relationships, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from order placement to project completion.

Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

$19.00/Hourly

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective dealers, contractors, designers, and customers.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all cabinet lines, including product specifications, pricing, promotions, policies, and procedures.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
• Help customers select products that best meet their project needs and budget.
• Review and interpret kitchen and bathroom layouts to identify cabinet specifications and product codes.
• Enter and process orders accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the ordering process.
• Collect customer payments and regularly review customer accounts.
• Assist customers with returns, replacements, and warranty-related issues.
• Identify cabinet part numbers, sizes, and components accurately.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Maintain organized customer files, records, and account information.
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails to re-engage previous customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Communicate customer feedback, needs, and product requests to management.
• Assist with reporting, special projects, and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Attend training sessions, industry networking events, and company-sponsored activities.
• Help prepare and support marketing events, customer appreciation events, and showroom activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe showroom environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience with order entry, inventory management, or CRM systems such as Quick Books, Fishbowl, Net Suite, or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Fast and accurate data entry and typing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with strong integrity, patience, and attention to detail.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service, account management, sales support, or related experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath design concepts or interior design is a plus.
• Experience with design software such as 2020 Design, Pro Kitchen, or similar programs is a plus.
