Tech9 is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day activities of field service technicians and deliver quality service to clients from our Burr Ridge, IL headquarters.
You will schedule service calls, maintain client communications, and manage data in our service system, while assisting with invoicing and parts/shipping tasks. The role requires 2–3 years in customer service or billing and strong organizational skills.
