Customer Care Representative, GrainVue Product

We are seeking a highly skilledCustomer Care Representativeto join our Grain Products team at our Assumption, IL facility. The ideal candidate will help farm customers achieve successful grain-storage outcomes through expert guidance, strong customer care, and effective use of Grain Vue. This role complements Technical Support and helps build the foundation for future Monitoring-as-a-Service capabilities.

Your Impact

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Grain Vue customers, primarily farm owners and operators, by providing practical guidance on grain-quality management and related parameters.
• Understand customer goals, interpret data, and adapt established grain-management guidance into clear, practical recommendations for Grain Vue settings.
• Respond to customer questions and follow-up when appropriate, involving other experts as needed.
• Participate with dealers in customer onboarding and provide direct customer onboarding when needed, including education on use of the Grain Vue portal and interpretation of system information.
• Perform initial triage of reported product issues, resolve basic questions where appropriate, and route technical problems to Technical Support.
• Document customer interactions and recommendations in the CRM; share recurring needs internally; and identify beneficial product or service opportunities for dealer or sales follow-up.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Relevant experience in grain storage, handling, conditioning, crop production, grain operations, seed operations, ag retail, or a related agricultural field.
• Strong working knowledge of grain-management principles [Corn, Soybeans, Rice], including how temperature, moisture, and CO2 are used to effectively manage grain condition in the bin.
• Experience supporting or advising on grain-storage and conditioning decisions.
• Demonstrated strength in customer success or customer care roles and proven ability to manage user relationships.
• Ability to interpret operational information, communicate practical recommendations clearly, build customer trust, and recognize when additional expertise is needed.
• Comfort maintaining customer records in a CRM, learning new technology, working with seasonal flexibility, and traveling occasionally.
• Grain-monitoring or agricultural-technology experience is beneficial.

Your Compensation and Benefits

Expected annual salary for this role will be $65,000 - $85,000, plus eligible for an annual bonus. This is dependent upon job related knowledge, experience, and skills.
