Step into a mature concierge Endocrinology & Internal Medicine practice in Chicago, succeeding a highly respected, Harvard‑trained physician with deep ties to Northwestern Medicine. Enjoy time to think, connect, and practice at the highest level while assuming a full panel and an established revenue stream.
Position Highlights- Assume an established concierge panel of ~400 highly engaged adult patients.
- Blend of Primary Care and Endocrinology – 70% of practice focused on diabetes care.
- Daily volume of 2–4 patients, allowing for extended, unhurried visits.
- Collaborative group of four physicians sharing space, staff, and overhead while maintaining independent practices.
- Strong relationship with Northwestern Medicine and a sophisticated patient base including many community leaders and donors.
- Structured transition period with the retiring physician to ensure continuity and support.
- Highly competitive earnings with existing seven‑figure membership revenue.
- Immediate income from an established concierge panel plus significant upside via 200+ patient waitlist.
- Ownership of an independent practice with control over schedule, staffing, and benefits.
- Opportunity to cultivate academic and professional connections within a major academic health system.
- Board‑certified Endocrinologist with Internal Medicine training, or experienced Internist/Family Physician skilled in complex diabetes management.
