The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $270,000 - $300,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus, totaling target cash compensation between $295,000 - $450,000.
