Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a K-12 school located in Naperville, IL. This contract position is for the current school year (CSY), providing an excellent opportunity to support diverse learners in an inclusive educational environment.

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to foster student growth
• Utilize specialized teaching strategies and accommodations to support students with disabilities
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state regulations

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Experience working within a K-12 special education setting
• Knowledge of IEP development and special education laws
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
