Position: Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Naperville, Illinois

A full-time, school-based Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available supporting an elementary school caseload from April through the end of the school year. This contract role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide critical speech and language services during a temporary leave, working within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized speech and language therapy to elementary‑aged students
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
  • Document and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal guidelines
Desired Qualifications
  • Valid SLP certification with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working in pediatric or school‑based settings
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
  • Familiarity with current speech‑language therapy techniques and educational protocols

Compensation
