LOCATION
NOTE:
This is an in-person role located at one of our campuses.
A well-run campus is invisible. A poorly run one affects everyone. This role ensures Alpha campuses function with reliability, safety, and precision—day in and day out.
Alpha is developing one of the world's most ambitious educational models. Our classrooms operate at high velocity. Our expectations are rigorous. That demands campus operations that are disciplined, agile, and designed for scalability. This role is responsible for everything beyond the classroom that enables students and Guides to excel.
As the Campus Manager, you serve as the operational backbone of the site. You handle parent and staff communications, oversee safety and security protocols, ensure facilities and logistics function seamlessly, and maintain reliable technology for students and staff. This is not a limited coordinator position. It is a high‑visibility, hands‑on role designed for someone who excels with accountability, diversity of task, and execution. If you seek work where your choices directly influence student safety, staff performance, and parent confidence, this role provides substantial ownership and responsibility.
