Job Description
** The Gardner School
** is a state-of-the-art, educational program for young children and their families. We have a supportive environment for staff with competitive pay and benefits. Ideal candidates will have some college education and some experience with young children.
** Responsibilities:*
* ● Greet each child by name and acknowledge parents during drop off and pick up times daily.
● Ensure the safety of each child.
● Maintain confidentiality of school directives, curriculum and software.
● Read, understand and implement all policies and procedures of The Gardner School and all State Licensing Agencies.
● Maintain professional and positive relationships with the parents and coworkers.
● Advise the Director or Assistant Director of any supplies needed for the upcoming months.
● Follow the standards set forth for the conduct and responsibilities of all staff members who come in contact with children.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $16.55 – $22.45 per hour. The actual starting rate will be based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and qualifications.
** Assistant Teacher Desired

Skills and Experience:

*** One year professional experience
* Must love working with children and have a loving and nurturing personality.
* Excellent communication skills, including personal face-to-face communications with parents, staff, and children.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Computer literacy required.
** Assistant Teacher

Minimum Qualifications:

*** BS or BA degree in Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education or related degree preferred.
* Intermediate PC skills
* Possess a valid driver’s license
* Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
