Deaf/Hard of Hearing Teacher – Lemont, IL
Minimum 1+ years Deaf & Hard of Hearing Specialist experience required. Seeking a new opportunity within a school district? Pro Care Therapy collaborates with an outstanding school district in Lemont, IL in search of a dedicated Deaf/Hard of Hearing Teacher to join their team for the ongoing school year.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Provide direct instruction in various subjects, adapting methods and materials for hearing impairments.
- Collaborate with parents, general education teachers, speech-language pathologists, and other professionals to support students' educational and developmental goals.
- Utilize assistive technology to enhance curriculum access and communication.
- Highly competitive compensation $34-38/hr
