Description of Job Duties
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create marketing materials for study abroad programs, English Language Institute programs, and International Student Services and Scholar events
- Greet all Center for Global Education ( CGE ) visitors in person in a professional manner
- Answer and route calls to CGE staff
- File documents electronically
- Correspond with students in need of appointments with Study Abroad and International Student Services
- Assist in the preparation and execution of events across campus including the Study Abroad Fair, CDCA Fairs, etc.
- General office duties concerning all CGE stakeholders such as filing, creating mailing labels, copying, and updating all international student, ELI student, study abroad student files as needed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Qualifications
Required:
- Must be enrolled at NCC as a full-time undergraduate student
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time efficiently
- Ability to communicate with staff, faculty, students, and community members in a clear, professional, and friendly manner
- Ability to problem solve and use critical thinking skills
Basic computer skills including Excel, Publisher, Outlook, or other design software (Canva) - Ability to work in student database and enter data with minimal error
- Comfortable working with data and completing office processes using the computer and copier/printer
Preferred:
- Sophomore or Junior standing
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
