Graduate Assistant — Student Belonging & DEI Programs

A regional college is seeking a Graduate Assistant for Student Belonging to foster mentoring relationships, plan multicultural-oriented events, and enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion across campus. Responsibilities include assisting in student engagement initiatives, managing Multicultural Peer Educators, and leading identity-oriented programs. Candidates must be accepted into a graduate program and possess strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

This role offers approximately 20 hours of work per week during the academic year.
