Field Engineer

ERSG is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Engineer to support wind farm construction sites across the U.S. This role is 100% travel-based and plays a critical part in ensuring smooth site operations, adherence to project schedules, and quality control.

Job type: W-2 Contract; long-term

Rotation:
Monthly with up to $500 expense reimbursement

Responsibilities:

• Monitor project schedule and document any changes.
• Assist with budgeting and cost management.
• Ensure site data is updated.
• Reports directly to the Construction Manager on site.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Field Engineer/ Project Lead/ APM.
• Technical background and familiarity with electrical instrumentation, substations or rotating heavy equipment.
• Previous experience with project budgeting and scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Primavera or Procore, SAP.
• Experience in large utility-scale construction projects.
• Renewable Energy background is preferred but not required.

Compensation

• $35 hourly + OT (1.5 rate)
• Truck and fuel card provided
• Medical, Dental, Vision after a 30-day waiting period
• 6 paid Holidays after a 90-day waiting period
• 401K after one year
