Role Description

The Production & Installation Manager will oversee the end-to-end production, assembly, and on-site installation of All Water's water reclaim systems. Responsibilities include leading a professional team, planning and managing project timelines, maintaining quality control, overseeing compliance with safety standards, and liaising with clients throughout project life cycles. The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges, ensuring efficiency, and coordinating equipment logistics.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Chicago Area.

Qualifications
  • Strong project management, organizational, and team leadership skills
  • Proficiency in technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and mechanical systems assembly
  • Knowledge of water reclamation systems, environmental engineering, or related fields
  • Understanding of safety standards, compliance requirements, and quality assurance practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with a results-driven mindset
  • Industry certifications in project management, engineering, or water systems are a plus
  • Proficiency in software tools for project tracking and communication is an advantage
