A manufacturing company in Illinois is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for sheet extrusion. The role leads engineering activities to ensure process stability, quality, and output for HDPE sheet extrusion lines. Responsibilities include improving throughput and material utilization, establishing standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and 8–15 years of experience in thermoplastic extrusion.

Engineering leadership experience is preferred.
