Manufacturing – Process Engineering Co Op (Naperville, IL Local Candidates Only)

Mondelēz International seeks candidates for a co‑op in Manufacturing – Process Engineering. This in‑person program runs February 23, 2026 through December 18, 2026. Candidates must be local and available to work in person with a mix of part‑time and full‑time hours as described by the program schedule.

• Provide leadership and guidance to employees while optimizing production
• Meet production schedules to achieve business goals
• Communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, and employees
• Lead multi‑functional project teams of technical and operations functions

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any Engineering‑related degree
• Expected graduation between December 2026 and May 2027
• Must be near Mondelez International’s Naperville, IL Plant (1555 Ogden Ave, Naperville, IL 60540)
• Available for full‑time hours during the Summer and part‑time hours in Spring and Fall 2026
• US work authorization without future visa sponsorship requirements

• Weekly pay range: $1,000 – $1,300, based on expected graduation date
• Compensation rates for Early Careers are pre‑determined and non‑negotiable

The base salary range is provided and varies by experience, skills, education, and location. Eligible for a bonus program tied to performance and company results. Other location salary ranges: 61,800.00 – 77,250.00
