- Travel to customer sites to perform inspection, troubleshooting, repair, testing, and commissioning of hydrogen storage infrastructure and electrolyzers
- Execute high‑level service repair projects on existing hydrogen infrastructure, including specialized service procedures
- Provide training to first responders, customers, and service personnel on troubleshooting and maintenance of hydrogen infrastructure
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of program issues with engineering assistance and provide documented results from system testing
- Maintain a focus on safety and educate relevant parties on the safe operation of hydrogen equipment
- Three (3) or more years of experience in construction, repair, or maintenance in an electrical, industrial, or mechanical field
- Associate's degree or vocational degree in engineering, electronics, pressurized systems, or a related field preferred; or in lieu of a degree, 2 additional years of experience
- Ability to travel as needed to carry out duties of the position – up to 100%
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software for reporting and email correspondence
- Experience with industrial gas or high‑pressure systems
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of skill with mechanical systems installation, troubleshooting, and repair
- Ability to diagnose system failures and isolate root causes
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
