About Our Client

Our client, based in the Warrenville, IL area, is seeking to add an experienced Maintenance Manager to their team. For many years, they have been a leading manufacturer of industrial products and tools used in plumbing applications. Their operations utilize a wide range of equipment, including turning centers, mills, lathes, stamping and punching machines, and presses-both manual and CNC-controlled.

Job Description

• Train and manage maintenance technicians
• Act hands-on with preventative maintenance of CNC and other machinery
• Lead various problem solving projects and other troubleshooting
• Lead daily meetings on machine issues and what needs to be addressed as a priority
• Involvement in process flow/layout projects to ensure efficiency in remodels and expansions

The Successful Applicant

• Technical degree preferred
• 5-10+ years of experience in a similar role
• Electrical background in terms of maintaining machinery with electrical components
• OSHA Compliance experience
• Safety leadership experience
• Ability to interpret technical drawings of machinery you will be maintaining and troubleshooting
• CMMS experience a plus
