Cloud Engineer

Manage, administer, support, and enhance cloud environments, ensuring continuous improvement and rapid problem resolution. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance. Review or guide the activities of junior employees.

• Experience with management of DoD cloud environments, including AWS
• Experience designing, deploying, and managing AWS cloud environments
• Experience deploying applications into IL-4 or higher secure environments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
• Knowledge of DoD accreditation processes, including RMF and ATO workflows
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

• Experience serving as a technical liaison between engineering and enterprise deployment teams
• Experience supporting systems requiring formal accreditation and continuous monitoring of DoD Systems
• Experience supporting IL-5/6 environments
• Knowledge of container technologies, including AKS, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Cloud cost optimization methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in IT or cyber related field
• DoW 8140 Certification
• Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Security Engineer Certification

Salary range: $99,000.00 to $ (annualized USD). Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen's benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
