Established in , ESPO Engineering has been a leader in providing Engineering and Technical staffing solutions to many companies throughout the Chicago‑land area. We specialize in the recruiting and placement of Engineers, Designers, Drafters, Technicians, IT, Construction & Consulting personnel at every level and discipline.
We are currently seeking a Technical Recruiter with
-years of experience.
Any experience in the Technical staffing industry is highly valued; preferably with knowledge in the Manufacturing, Engineering, Utility or IT staffing industries. Applicants should have good verbal and written communication skills, an outgoing personality, strong knowledge of desktop applications, and be self‑motivated.
Required- Submit at least fully vetted candidates per week.
- Contact at least candidates per week.
- Fill at least positions per year.
- Comfortable with making at least figures per year.
- Identify, source, screen, qualify, and interview candidates for technical positions.
- Train new candidates and recruiters as needed.
Training will be provided. The position comes with a base salary + commission + Benefits. Previous experience working in a fast‑paced environment is highly preferred!
