Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Building Envelope Consultant to support and lead projects for new and existing buildings across the U.S. You’ll work on a mix of investigation, design review, and construction-phase services, with increasing responsibility for project leadership and client interaction. • Lead and manage building envelope projects from investigation to construction administration.
• Perform condition assessments and forensic investigations using non-destructive and destructive testing.
• Conduct design reviews for constructibility, durability, and waterproofing of foundation systems, walls, façades, and roofing assemblies.
• Oversee enclosure testing activities and perform testing when needed.
• Serve as the primary client contact, writing proposals, and managing project scopes and service fees.
• Coordinate with contractors, specialists, and clients, attending meetings and conferences as necessary.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 3-10 years of building envelope construction and consulting experience
• Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering background preferred
• Knowledge of ASTM, AAMA, and industry standards
• Experience with forensic investigations and enclosure testing
• Client-facing experience, including proposals and project management
• Professional certifications or credentials related to roofing or building enclosure systems
• Professional licensure (PE/ RA/ AIA)
