AG&E Associates is expanding, and we are looking for a driven Precast BIM Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to precast project delivery through BIM modeling, coordination, and documentation within a leading engineering firm.

• Develop BIM models for precast erection plans, components, connections, details, and piece tickets
• Coordinate architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings and models
• Collaborate with precast manufacturers and internal engineering teams
• Prepare project documentation in accordance with company standards and processes
• Support project teams by completing assigned tasks accurately and on schedule
• Review and check work for quality and accuracy
• Assist with presentations and modeling for business development efforts
• Participate in training and professional development initiatives
• Provide mentorship and guidance to BIM Technicians and junior staff
• Manage BIM Technicians and other specialists as assigned
• Work under the direction of precast engineers and BIM leadership

• Associate’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent industry experience required;
  Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Civil, Industrial, or Structural preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience producing precast documentation
• Experience with CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla
• Basic knowledge of office software including Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills
