We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay rate of $40.82/hr however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. • Degree requirement:
  Bachelor's degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum preferred, but open to considering an applicant with an Applied Engineering or Technical Business background

• Advanced proficiency with collaboration/project management methods and Microsoft Office programs (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Power Bi, etc.)
• Ability to conduct analysis on large data sets, quickly summarize key results/trends and incorporate into stakeholder reports.
• Basic knowledge of a full product development lifecycle: business value, systems interactions, requirements gathering, functional specification authoring, product development methods, testing/validation and value stream engineering.
