NEOTech is seeking a VALOR DFM Engineer for its Aerospace & Defense Division. You may work from Naperville, IL, Longmont, CO, or Westborough, MA, performing design-for-manufacturing analysis on PCBA layouts using VALOR in accordance with IPC and component specs.
The role emphasizes evaluating layouts, quantifying design risk, and proposing modifications to improve manufacturability, quality and yield while supporting DFMEA with a multidisciplinary team.
