- Lead manufacturing and capital improvement projects from initial concept through implementation and project closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments to support successful execution.
- Manage equipment installations, production line expansions, facility upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency during project implementation.
- Create, maintain, and update engineering documentation, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Partner with Quality and Operations teams to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate activities with vendors, contractors, and equipment suppliers to meet project milestones and performance expectations.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates on progress, risks, budgets, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Support automation, manufacturing technology, and process optimization initiatives to improve plant performance.
- Participate in root cause investigations and develop sustainable corrective actions for manufacturing challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven experience leading engineering, process improvement, or capital equipment projects.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production equipment, and tooling systems.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
