Event Manager –
Our client, a very well respected name in sports is looking for an Event Manager.
Handle everything from sports games to concerts, special sporting events, and large-scale private activations. This role owns event execution from coordinating vendors, staffing (including union crews), budgets, layouts, safety, and client communication to ensure every event runs like a championship operation.
Ideal for someone with 2+ years of arena event planning experience and an athlete’s mindset — organized, competitive, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
You’ll juggle multiple moving pieces, problem-solve in real time, collaborate across departments, and keep both the fan experience and financial performance on point.
