LaSalle Network is partnering with a high‑growth organization to find an experienced FP&A Analyst to join its finance team in Westchester, IL. In this hybrid role,ая you’ll support financial strategy through reporting, modeling, and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Create detailed financial analysis reports and track performance metrics
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned teams
• Build presentations for quarterly business reviews
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify key financial drivers
• Ensure accuracy and alignment between FP&A and accounting teams
• Identify cost efficiencies and provide ROI‑driven insights

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an FP&A or finance role
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Advanced Excel capabilities
• Familiarity with BI platforms, TM1, or Oracle is preferred
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver accurate results

• Base salary between $65,000 and $75,000
