Trust and Estate Manager​/Senior Manager​/Director

Our client is a growing professional services firm based in Chicago, IL, seeking a Trust & Estate Manager, Senior Manager, or Director to support and expand its fiduciary tax practice. This is a highly visible and impactful role for an experienced trusts and estates professional who enjoys working directly with high-net-worth clients and their advisors in a collaborative, advisory-focused environment.

• Manage and review complex trust and estate income tax returns and related filings
• Advise clients on fiduciary income tax, estate, and gift tax matters
• Coordinate closely with attorneys, wealth advisors, and internal teams to support client needs
• Research and resolve complex technical issues and document tax positions
• Review work prepared by staff and provide technical guidance and mentoring
• Support the continued development and long-term direction of the trust and estate practice

• Significant experience in trust and estate taxation
• Strong technical expertise and prior review experience
• Experience working directly with high-net-worth clients and their advisors
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to operate as a trusted advisor within a team-oriented environment
