We're seeking exceptional Quantitative Traders to join their growing Systematic Options Trading Team in Chicago. You'll work at the intersection of quantitative research, machine learning, and high-frequency trading, developing sophisticated strategies that drive trading performance across global markets.

This role offers significant autonomy and impact, you'll have the resources and support to push the boundaries of what's possible in systematic options trading.

• Design, develop, and refine systematic trading strategies to optimize market reactions, order placement, and execution
• Apply advanced modeling, machine learning, and statistical techniques to extract actionable insights from complex datasets
• Collaborate closely with developers, traders, and researchers to implement and scale your strategies
• Continuously improve trading performance through rigorous analysis and innovation
• Partner across departments to enhance infrastructure and execution models

• 3+ years of index options experience with a focus on systematic trading
• BS, MS, or PhD in a quantitative or technical field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or similar)
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with a proven track record of applying them to real trading problems
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar
• Track record of successful strategy development and implementation

• Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to make an impact
• Passion for solving complex problems with creative, data-driven solutions
