Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth audits and analyze complex billing issues to ensure charge capture and reimbursement accuracy Evaluate and implement charge requests with appropriate coding and pricing, ensuring compliance with guidelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and monitor regulatory changes affecting revenue integrity
Required Qualifications Certification as CPC or COC + ROCC or relevant experience in RAD ONC Expertise in charge description master, CPT/HCPCS, and payer contracts Strong skills in Excel, including V-Lookups and pivot tables Experience in conducting charge capture audits and identifying discrepancies Understanding of billing and revenue recognition processes
