Responsibilities- Execute trades across global futures markets using both systematic and discretionary approaches.
- Monitor positions and risk in real‑time using proprietary tools and frameworks.
- Develop market insight through research, data analysis, and hypothesis testing.
- Partner with senior traders to refine strategies and improve execution.
- Analyze historical and live market data to identify patterns and opportunities.
- Support trading operations including reconciliation, reporting, and model adjustments.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, brokers, and exchanges.
- Contribute to a fast‑moving, team‑oriented trading floor environment.
- Direct mentorship from proven traders with track records of success.

- Experience with Python, SQL, or data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- In‑office, team‑based trading floor.
- Willingness to work non‑traditional hours, including overnight shifts aligned with global markets.
