Plant Controller

Responsibilities

• Provide Finance support for Medline Ready Care manufacturing facilities
• Analyze production volumes, control manufacturing expenses, and review capital expenditures
• Develop annual operating budget and forecasts
• Perform variance analysis by investigating drivers
• Collaborate with product divisions and manufacturing staff to drive profitability
• Conduct monthly/quarterly financial business reviews

• High School Diploma
• At least 5 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, and/or analysis
• At least 1 year of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• At least 1 year of experience providing financial advice and counsel to P&L/business owners
• Experience leading profit improvement initiatives
• Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel and other ERP financial systems
