Job Description & How to Apply Below

Grow your finance career while making a real impact.

Join an experienced, entrepreneurial lender that helps businesses grow, families thrive, and industries move forward.

At Commercial Credit Group, we invest in your professional development through mentorship, hands‑on learning, and industry‑specific training that build deep expertise in equipment finance, service, and leadership.

CCG promotes from within, rewards initiative, and provides opportunities for advancement. Many of our leaders have progressed through the ranks, proving that when you bring drive and dedication, CCG helps turn potential into progress.

Greater Purpose

Giving back is part of who we are. Through CCG’s Charitable Committee, our team supports causes that strengthen local communities and families. From fundraising events to volunteer initiatives, we come together to make a difference—because success means more when it serves a greater purpose.

When you join CCG, you join an experienced, entrepreneurial team of finance professionals who work together to serve construction, manufacturing, transportation, and waste companies.

We hire for field sales, credit analysis, documentation, and more. Because we’re self‑funded and we don’t sell our loans, we support customers for the life of their financing, and build real, long‑term relationships.

Commercial Credit Group Inc (CCG) is an independent national commercial equipment finance and leasing company focused on purchase money and refinance transactions in the construction, fleet transportation, waste/environmental and machine tool industries. CCG does equipment financing different than any other lender. We consider the character, collateral and cash flow of the borrower to make our credit decisions, often allowing us to lend money when a bank or captive lender won't.

We realize there are ebbs and flows to the business and take the time to listen to the customers' stories. Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, CCG has made NC’s Mid-Market Fast 40 List for the 12 th time.

CCG has a Commercial Title and Lien Specialist position available in its Naperville, IL office. The position will entail processing motor vehicle titles in all 50 state jurisdictions, accurately and within company timelines and for providing excellent service to inside staff, sales representatives and customers.
