Provides timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management. Maintains financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards while supporting reporting, analysis, internal controls, and accounting procedures.
What You Will Do- Maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards.
- Creating reports on financial performance and providing insightful analysis for internal and external use.
- Upon request, take part in special projects and ad hoc reporting requests.
- Maintain, implement, and adhere to internal controls while ensuring that accounting procedures comply with GAAP.
- Degree or equivalent experience desired
- Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
- Accurately gauges the impact and cost of errors, omissions, and oversights.
- Utilizes specific approaches and tools for checking and cross-checking outputs.
- Processes limited amounts of detailed information with good accuracy.

- Develops and uses checklists to ensure that information goes out error-free.
- Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

- Maintains existing charts of accounts.

- Financial Analysis:
Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.- Applies principles used to evaluate the economics of investment decisions.
- Interprets major types of financial statements issued by the organization.
- Utilizes basic qualitative and quantitative tools and techniques with proficiency.
