* What You’ll Do:
** The Final Docs Supervisor will have oversight of all day-to-day duties with emphasis on reporting and staff accountability. Manager will ensure company’s timely and accurate delivery of all trailing documentation and document custody investor requirements.
* Supervise the day-to-day interim servicing functions to include investor remittance, investor allocation, disbursement of taxes, insurance and other escrow items during the interim servicing period, assisting with payment history needs for Secondary and Investor Delivery Depts., data collection for interface between loan origination platforms and the servicing platform, home owner insurance mortgagee change letters and servicing transfer letters and manage monthly flow of loans to existing sub servicer.
* Research and resolve document deficiencies as noted by both internal review and as requested by outside vendors. This may require preparing re-recordings, corrective affidavits and/or assignments of mortgage
* Monitor and ensure the timely completion of all GNMA final certification requirements
* Utilize pipelines and reporting to monitor daily staff production, efficiency and delivery deadlines. Enforce all current policies, procedures and standards for staff review and delivery of trailing documentation.
* Monitor and oversee all document custody activities for off-site and onsite documents. Provide timely responses to investor document requests and ensure all documents are reconciled and tracked, which includes but is not limited to requests due to payoffs, etc.

* Qualifications:
*** 3-5 years’ experience in a Final Document review role or equivalent title company experience with prior supervisory experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation with ability to rectify and resolve defects
* Strong knowledge of County Recorder requirements across multiple states with e-recording expertise preferred
* Experience with GNMA final certification process
* Detail orientated with strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
* Maintain professional relationships within organization as well as developing a strong rapport with outside vendors
* Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
* Advanced Computer Skills
* Associates degree or equivalent
