FRM Sales & Trading Associate I

• Serve as a trusted advisor for key clients on market trends, risk management strategies, and derivative solutions
• Structure and execute complex trades while ensuring regulatory and internal compliance
• Oversee pre-execution requirements, documentation, and approvals for Interest Rate Derivatives and related products
• Deliver market research and scenario modeling for client decision-making
• Prepare and present client materials, including interest rate sensitivity analyses and valuation scenarios
• Identify pricing anomalies and trading opportunities through technical trend analysis and forecasting
• Support cross-sell initiatives with Relationship Managers, Capital Markets, and Treasury Management teams
• Contribute to product innovation and lead go-to-market strategies for new offerings
• Assist senior leadership with strategic opportunity memos and client proposals
• Mentor junior team members and guide Analysts and Associate I staff
• Lead process improvement initiatives using technology, analytics, and automation
• Build internal Capital Markets networks and external relationships to expand business opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in financial services, preferably Sales & Trading or Capital Markets
• Strong understanding of FX, Commodities, and Interest Rate Derivatives markets
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver strategic solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and risk analysis
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
• Advanced modeling, pricing tools, and electronic trading platforms proficiency
• Relationship management and consultative selling skills
