Loan Analyst – New Business

• Maintain a customer-first environment to meet or exceed customer expectations and needs
• Protect the Bank's assets and maintain portfolio quality by adhering to lending policies and procedures
• Ensure credit decisions and recommendations comply with credit principles and policies
• Prepare and issue loan packages and credit correspondence
• Follow up with brokers and clients to collect renewal and review requirements promptly
• Identify cross-selling opportunities in lending and deposits to increase existing client business
• Coordinate with Credit Officers, Portfolio Management, and Legal Counsel to approve premium finance loans
• Oversee all phases of loan processing, including exposure model generation, legal document preparation, funding, and collateral management
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

• Bachelor's Degree
• Salesforce Experience preferred
• Insurance or Banking Experience preferred

Demonstrates expertise in loan processing, credit decision compliance, and customer relationship management while maintaining a focus on portfolio quality and cross-selling opportunities. Proficient in coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to lending policies and enhance client business.
