Role Description

The Financial Advisor will provide comprehensive financial guidance to individual and business clients, including assessing financial needs, defining goals, and developing customized financial plans. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include meeting with clients in person, analyzing current financial situations, recommending strategies for retirement planning, investments, insurance, and other financial solutions, and regularly reviewing and adjusting plans as circumstances change. The role also involves maintaining detailed documentation, staying informed about market trends and financial products, and collaborating with internal team members to deliver high‑quality service.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Naperville, IL, requiring consistent client‑facing work and active participation in local business and community networks.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to create and manage customized financial road maps for clients.
  • Strong knowledge of Finance and Investments to evaluate options, manage portfolios, and explain risks and returns clearly.
  • Experience with Retirement Planning to design long‑term strategies that align with clients’ retirement goals and timelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust, explain complex concepts in clear language, and maintain long‑term client relationships.
  • Relevant professional certifications (such as CFP, ChFC, or similar) and a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field are preferred.
  • Ability to work on‑site in Naperville, IL, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical, client‑centered advice.
