    • Essential Duties:

  • Provide direct physical therapy care and support
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants
  • Collaborate with the Rehabilitation Director for effective case management
  • Complete documentation per regulatory requirements

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current license to practice in Georgia
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in skilled nursing rehabilitation
