Position Details- Assist with personal care such as dressing, bathing, eating and grooming
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLS)
- Assist client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care. Report any changes you observed to office and nurse.
- Assist with light housekeeping such as laundry, meal preparation, and keeping clients home neat and tidy.
- Must be available weekends
- Preferred drivers - to take clients to do errands or go to appointments. ( Willing to use personal car)
- Able to commute to Naperville/ Oakbrook Area
- Preferred to be okay with pets

- Excellent communication skills and de-escalating skills
- Have Alzheimer's and Dementia knowledge
- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Negative TB and physical within one year
- Valid CPR Certification
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Experienced in Hoyer lifts, transferring, gait belts
- 2–4-hour shifts
- Hourly
- Morning or afternoons
- Overnights
- PRN
- Weekends
