Salve Mental Health and Wellness is seeking Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Therapists (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT) to join our growing remote practice. Clinicians maintain full control over their schedules and caseload size while receiving administrative support, supervision (as applicable), and a transparent compensation structure.
This role is especially well-suited forclinicians who are building experience toward independent licensure and/or want mentorship alongside autonomy and fully licensed clinicians looking for support and connection as they see clients alongside other endeavors.
Responsibilities- Provide psychotherapy to clients via telehealth
- Conduct initial intakes and ongoing clinical assessments
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely and ethical manner
Participate in supervision (for provisionally licensed clinicians) - Practice independently while aligned with Salve’s values and standards
- Structured clinical supervision provided for provisionally licensed clinicians
- Focus on case conceptualization, ethical practice, clinical growth, and readiness for independent practice
- Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and EHR
- Collaborative—but non‑intrusive—practice culture
- 1099 contractor position
- Clear, percentage‑based compensation structure
- Caseload size and schedule fully determined by the clinician
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Strong clinical judgment and time‑management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive care
- Willing to carry professional liability insurance
- Experience working with BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ clients
- Interest in trauma‑informed or relational approaches
- Familiarity with CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or similar modalities
- Bilingual clinicians welcome
