Medical Assistant - Naperville - Orthopaedics
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Hours:
Monday‑Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm.
- Location:
Naperville, Glen Ellyn, and Plainfield - Work schedule by location:
- Monday – Glen Ellyn
- Tuesday – Clinic close to home
- Wednesday – Naperville
- Thursday – Plainfield
- Friday – Naperville
- Travel:
Expected to travel to other clinics for coverage when needed.

- Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, measuring vital signs, and collecting health history.
- Provide support to physicians during examinations, minor office surgeries, dressing changes, and other first‑aid procedures.
- Certified medical assistants may assist with immunizations or injections.
- Assist patients with prescription requests, address pharmacy callbacks, provider orders, and update charting and filing.
- Conduct onsite lab testing including EKG, pulmonary function, blood glucose, and urine pregnancy tests.
- Maintain clean, warm, and inviting examination rooms for patient visits.
- Provide excellent customer service exemplifying Duly Health and Care CARE values.
- Some travel to assist other local clinics may be required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Completion of a Medical Assistant educational program or higher education courses in health sciences or related experience required.
- Active medical assistant certification (American Medical Technologists, National Center for Competency Testing, National Health career Association, American Registry of Medical Assistants, American Association of Medical Assistants) is required for many specialties.
- CPR certification or willingness to become certified upon hire required.
- Phlebotomy certification may be required to be completed within 90 days of hire.
- Prior experience as an MA, CMA, CNA, EMT or at least 2 years of experience working in a medical office assisting with patient care.
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $21.43–23.63 per hour for a Medical Assistant;
Certified or Registered Medical Assistant the base pay range is $22.97–24.57, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
