Symbria is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Full‑time Physical Therapist to join our employee‑owned team at Tabor Hills in Naperville, IL
. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and improve their overall physical function. You will work closely with individuals to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Your expertise and guidance will be essential in helping patients regain mobility, increase strength, alleviate pain, and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans while supervising Physical Therapist Assistants. You will maintain productivity standards, complete required documentation, and help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
  • Hold a valid or pending state license.
  • Experience in acute care, long‑term care, and/or rehabilitation is an advantage but not required.
