Licensed and Unlicensed Part-Time Clinical Associate Psychotherapy

Located in the heart of Naperville, IL,Empowered Minds Todayis a dynamic and growing private practice dedicated to providing quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and children.

We use evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, Mindfulness) and modern technology (Simple Practice, Google Workspace) to streamline care.

We are looking for a passionate clinician to join our collaborative team who can balance a diverse caseload of psychotherapy clients in person and virtually.

We are seeking aLicensed (PsyD, PhD, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT), license-eligible, or post-doctoral clinicianorpracticum studentto join our team.

• Clinical Care:
  
  Conduct individual, couple and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions.
• Treatment Planning:
  
  Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans; ensure continuity of care.
• Documentation:
  
  Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and legal requirements.
• Technology Use:
  
  Utilize company-provided technology including Simple Practice (EHR), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet).
• Collaboration:
  
  Participate in case consultation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Compliance:
  
  Adhere to the practice’s Code of Ethics and maintain current licensure or license eligibility status.

• Licensure:
  
  Must hold a valid Illinois state license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
  ORbe enrolled in a graduate program/post-doctoral fellowship eligible for supervision.
• Education:
  
  Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Availability:
  
  Willingness to work within normal business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm; Sat-Sun 10am-4pm), two evenings, or one weekend day.
• Tech Savvy:
  
  Ability to protect client privacy while using remote technology and telehealth platforms.

• Pay Range (Hourly):
  
  Pay is determined based on licensure status and experience.
• Supervision:
  
  Clinical supervision provided for individuals obtaining hours toward licensure.
