LaSalle Network is partnering with a fast-paced manufacturing organization in the north suburbs of Chicago to hire a Bilingual Recruiter for a consulting opportunity. This role is ideal for an energetic recruiting professional who thrives in high-volume environments and takes pride in creating a smooth, positive experience for new hires.

As a Bilingual Recruiter
, you’ll manage the full-cycle hiring process for hourly manufacturing, distribution and logistics roles, support onboarding and orientation, and serve as a trusted partner to HR and operations leadership. If you’re bilingual in English and Spanish, confident leading orientations, and eager to make an impact, this is the role for you!

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing, distribution and operations roles
• Source, screen, and schedule interviews across multiple departments
• Post job openings and maintain listings on job boards and internal systems
• Lead weekly new hire orientations and onboarding sessions
• Coordinate closely with HR and operations to meet staffing goals
• Deliver onboarding materials and ensure all paperwork is completed
• Build strong relationships with candidates and team members

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing or high-volume hiring
• Confident communicator and engaging presenter
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable on the production floor and interacting with hourly teams daily

• Competitive pay: $30–$40/hour
• Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
