Job Overview

Job Overview: The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier candidates for a variety of roles within the organization. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who excels at building talent pipelines, conducting market research, and implementing creative sourcing techniques to meet our recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage with passive and active candidates across various channels.
  • Utilize advanced search techniques, including Boolean search and social media, to find potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively source candidates.
  • Foster relationships with potential candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and talent mapping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with sourcing metrics and reporting.
